Following on from a press release issued today, we’re delighted to let you know that Verint continues to lead the way in customer engagement technology across the region, according to a study recently published by the esteemed analyst group Frost & Sullivan®.
 
The study shows that we have once again increased our APAC leadership over 40 other market players to take the number one position in the combined technology categories that make up the Contact Centre Applications Market. Additionally, we have been confirmed as the leaders in a number of individual segments, including the regional measurements of Quality Monitoring, Analytics and Workforce Management.


We have developed and increased our technology leadership in the contact centre environment across the APAC region for a number of years in these areas, with continual organic growth and expansion. No other vendors analysed by Frost & Sullivan achieved the same level of multi-application rankings, with Verint the only company to top the table in more than one segment.
